As a back-end developer at Neutron Ltd., you play a pivotal role in building robust and efficient web systems that power our clients' digital experiences. Your expertise in back-end languages and frameworks, including PHP and Laravel, is instrumental in delivering high-performing and scalable solutions. Working closely with our front-end and full-stack teams, you will collaborate to translate project requirements into powerful back-end functionalities, including API integration. Your attention to detail and adherence to best practices will ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components of our web systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PHP-based applications, including Laravel-based projects.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug PHP and Laravel applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development.
- Implement API integration, including REST APIs, to enhance the functionality of our web systems.
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to implement concepts into fully functional web applications.
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming, including OOP techniques.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with MVC design patterns, especially in the context of Laravel.
- Familiarity with managing servers, permissions, bash, etc.
- Experience in JSON and REST API integration is a plus.
- Good critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Timely, professional, courteous correspondence and communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
What We Offer
- Full-Time Back-end Web Developer at Neutron Ltd.
- Work Week Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Including Lunch Break)
- Salary Negotiable (We’ll Match Expectations for Senior Candidates)
- Working Onsite (Office Location is in 55 KDA Ave, Khulna)
